Introduction

Everwoven LLC (“Everwoven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California-based company that develops and publishes a suite of mobile applications (the “Apps”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is — and is not — collected when you use our Apps, how that information is used, and your rights regarding your information. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

No personal data is collected by Everwoven. We do not collect any personal information from you directly through our Apps. We do not require account registration, and we will not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information in order for you to use the Apps.

Third-party advertising

Our Apps use Google AdMob, an advertising platform provided by Google LLC, to display banner and interstitial ads. While Everwoven itself does not collect personal data, AdMob may collect information from your device as a third party in order to serve relevant advertisements. The types of data AdMob may collect include:

• Device informationDevice type and model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, and mobile network information.
• Usage dataHow you interact with the App — which features you use, how often you use it, and session activity.
• Ad interactionWhich ads were displayed to you, whether you clicked on one, and other engagement with advertising content.
• Approximate locationA general location — city or region — may be inferred from your IP address or device settings, to provide region-appropriate ads. Our Apps do not collect precise GPS location.

This information is collected directly by the AdMob platform and used by Google and its partners to personalise ads, measure ad effectiveness, provide aggregated analytics, and detect fraud or abuse. Everwoven does not access or store this data, and it is handled according to Google's privacy policies. Everwoven stores no cookies; AdMob or its partners may use cookies or similar technologies within the ads to facilitate and measure advertising.
